Creating galleries & privacy options

Visibility

• Public — anyone with the link can view. Best for portfolios or galleries you want easily shared.
• Access code — viewers must enter a short code you send them. Best for client work you want gated.
• Private — only you can see it, even with the link. Useful while you're still preparing a gallery.

Expiration dates

Set an expiration date and the gallery becomes unavailable to clients after that day. Clients you shared it with are automatically emailed a reminder 7 days before it expires.
